While on-demand ice baths (which don’t require ice cubes) are more expensive, they make you a lot more
I think that happened because water for enb came out and is generally a better mod from what I understand
If you live in a semi-warm climate, then you will need roughly 1 part ice for every 4 parts water to get water at 'tap water temperature' to cool to near freezing
